What to Expect
When you walk in...
We ask that all of our clients come into the office respectful, prepared, and willing to participate in the testing process just as our protocols dictate. We have the right to refuse service to ANY unruly or disrespectful clients.
Children are welcome. We ask parents to be mindful of other clients and help control their behavior. This includes not letting them play with the water dispenser.

People are here for a variety of reasons. Please be respectful for people you meet here at Wiz-Quiz and keep this information confidential.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Pre-employment: Have your ID and paperwork OR authorization code available.
Human Services: Have an ID and your IVR# ready. Please let us know which county you are testing for.
Probation Services: Have an ID and your IVR# ready. Please let us know you are testing for probation.
Color-Line: Have an ID ready and tell us what color you are testing for.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Have a seat until called into the office, unless there are no other clients

Let us know who or what organization you are testing for

Show your ID so that our staff can positively identify you

A Chain of Custody (COC) will be generated either physically or digitally

Payment will be collected or invoice to the appropriate party prior to collection

Collector will ask the donor/client to remove outer clothing and empty pockets

During urine collections DO NOT FLUSH OR USE THE SINK

The collection will take place following standard protocol and the specimen will sealed up and sent off.
